Point neuron model PTNRN11

Neuron model from Ronald J. MacGregor, Neural and Brain Modeling.

This model uses a point soma with spontaneous synaptic inputs. There are two types of synapses. In the default model, "type one" synapses are inhibitory inputs, and "type two" are excitatory inputs. I have found the model a useful illustration of how even small amounts of spontaneous synaptic activity can influence responses to intracellular currents.
